Shipping & Returns
All Made-To-Order items (i.e. keychains) will ship 5-7 business days after order. All items marked In-Stock will ship 3-5 business days after order.
Once order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and we will gladly provide the number for you.
Insurance is only included for Priority Mail shipping. If you would like to add insurance to your first-class package, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange the insurance.
In the event of an error on our part or a defective item, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a full refund. Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase once it arrives.
We do not accept any form of return or exchange on custom orders unless due to defective item or error on our part.

We are currently not shipping outside of the US. If you are interested in placing an order that is to be shipped out of the country, please contact us and we will setup a listing in our Etsy store which is the only venue we are accepting international orders from at this time.
